Married to Bill since 1970, with 3 adult children and 5 granddaughters, keeping up with Sue can be a challenge, even for women half her age. She believes doing the work of Got Your Back is a calling and an honor. If you ask her why she remains so committed to the fight against childhood hunger, you’re likely to hear the word of the Lord from Matthew 25:40, “…Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.”
In addition to operating her own health and wellness business, Sue’s love for children and passion for fulfilling God’s call on her life provides her with the endless energy she has to stay full force in the fight against childhood hunger. She is often heard saying, “No one can do everything, but everyone can do something”, as she encourages others to get involved in helping those who can’t always help themselves.
